Corrective Work Order Templates

If you find that you are frequently adding the same COGZ Work Order Software corrective, non-preventive maintenance work orders to your Work Order List there is a way for you to do so quickly and easily, without creating a new work order each time.

Highlighting an open, non-preventive work order and clicking the Copy button will create a copy of that work order.   The next available work order number will be used and you will be able to edit information so that it applies to the new work order.

Use the copy button when creating a new work order that is not being scheduled on a regular basis like preventive maintenance work orders. Alternatively, you can add frequent corrective work order tasks to the Standard Task Library for easy access.
