Access Denied By Network Administrator

Error: “Access Denied – An error occurred trying to RENAME a data file.” Or the user receives the following message: “An error occurred removing a file from the COGZ application directory. The COGZ application must have rights to create and delete files in this directory. These rights must be established by you or your administrator (not by COGZ Systems).” User receives the previous message when opening COGZ Work Order Software.

Resolution: These problems must be addressed at your facility by your network administrator. If the computers on the network do not have rights to access the network, etc. or complete read/write access to the program directory COGZ will not run. These messages will show up to let you know it is a problem that needs to be addressed at your facility.
