Send Your Files to COGZ

In some cases, we will need you to send us your data. Please follow the steps below only if you have been instructed by a COGZ Representative to send your files for review.

1. Zip up all tps files within your COGZ CMMS Software folder and rename with your company name: “yourcompany.zip”. If you are sending a zipped backup file no additional zipping of the files will be needed. Only ZIP files will be accepted as this is the standard method of file compression.

It is not necessary, however, if you have security sensitive files be sure to put a password on zipped file. If you do, please include password in the document mentioned below.

2. Include a document named issue.doc in zip file or email separately, with a detailed explanation of your problem.  Please include instructions along with screen captures on what you have done step by step before you ran into your issue so we may duplicate the problem. Any information you can send us will help us attempt to provide you with the answer to your question.

If this file is not included, your data will not be looked at and/or updated.

3. Email the zipped file using the free service of TransferBigFIles.com

For larger files use https://wormhole.app/

4. Once we have your data, if there are any additional questions, we will contact you.

5. We will email back instructions for receiving your corrected/updated program files.

Unless this is a standard update, please allow at least 24 hours for your files to be fixed and sent back. If we do not think you will receive your files within this time frame, we will contact you.

Please note: Files should only be sent if you have been instructed by a COGZ Representative to do so.
