COGZ Logo Freezes

Problem: User sees the screen below quickly flash or freeze on their computer when trying to open the COGZ Preventive Maintenance program.

Resolution: The user must have full administrative rights within windows with the ability to modify files in the COGZ Preventive Maintenance directory.  It is possible for the user to have read and write abilities but not modify rights. The appropriate modify rights must be established by the user or their administrator.
