The COGZ CMMS Software Work Order Request Module includes
the following features:
- A Work Order Request
User Module for implementing
the Request Module on various facility computers. This enables
users to enter requests from their own or other convenient computers.

to your COGZ system. These include the ability to enter,
edit, list and print work order requests, as well as automatically convert
requests to new Work Orders.

- Automatically email or Text Work Order Request Notifications**

Users can simply and quickly enter Work Order
Requests in the Work Order Request Form. Priority, who, what,
when, and why are instantly relayed to the Maintenance Department via
their COGZ CMMS Software.
Status of a request displaying opened work orders, as well as work order
history, can be viewed easily from the Work Order Request List
Notification is instantly sent to the COGZ
CMMS Software
by posting a star
by the Request Icon to signal the maintenance department about newly entered
work order requests.
New requests can be easily converted to work
orders from the Request Management List in COGZ. You can choose to
select status or view all on the Work Order Request Management List.
The Work Order Request Report can be sorted and selected by several criteria
allowing review of individual areas, or all open requests, if desired.
Work Order Requests can be entered from
anywhere in the World with access to your company's Web Site. All
requests are documented on the Work Order Request Management List.
