The COGZ CMMS Software Employee/Assigned To Performance Report allows you to examine employee efficiency and hours worked. The report displays the name, estimated hours worked, and the actual hours worked. You can display a single employee or a range when creating this report. This report optionally displays Work Order Detail allowing you to know where and on what type of work orders your employees are working.
The COGZ CMMS Software Employee List Report provides a quick overview of one, several or all employees information. Included in the report are employee code, description, skill code and employee phone number.
The Employee Hours Worked Report displays the hours worked for the current week, month, current year, and last year. The report also provides employee code and description, skill code and employee home phone number.
The Run Time Security enhancement allows you to further customize the built in security system. Need to limit the allowed functions of certain individuals within COGZ? This form enables you to limit what functions your employees may perform within COGZ (add, edit, view, delete) without manager intervention. This gatekeeper function may be set-up in any screen or report in COGZ.
The System Security Procedure Audit area provides the
administrator with an audit and history of procedures performed by each
COGZ user. |
