COGZ Preventive Maintenance Work Orders Self Tour

The preventive maintenance task entries will trigger the creation of preventive maintenance work orders when due to generate.  You must generate PM's periodically (usually once a week, on Monday mornings) to produce the preventive maintenance work orders. Once the preventive maintenance work orders have been generated they are ready to be printed and distributed.

You can view the work order list to track their status and then close the preventive maintenance work orders as they are completed. The Work Order Tour offers additional information on work order processing.
