Import Utility

COGZ CMMS Software comes with a built-in Import utility. Minimize your setup time by importing your existing data right into COGZ. You have several options to import your specific data directly into the COGZ maintenance management software: Equipment, Inventory, Locations, Standard Preventive Maintenance (PM) Procedures, and Vendors.

Export Utility

COGZ CMMS Software also comes with a built-in Export utility. If you need to print out your Equipment, Inventory, Locations, Standard Preventive Maintenance (PM) Procedures, or Vendors, this utility is available for your use to export your selected data to a comma delimited file (.csv). This feature is also available directly from each list in COGZ equipment maintenance software for your use to export a filtered list or a list with a specific query as needed.
