Customize Lists

Any list in the COGZ CMMS Software can be modified to display information that fits your specific maintenance needs. Simply click on the Menu button or right click your mouse in any list to bring up the Xplore menu. Here you can select the properties function to add and remove columns from your list view. Once your list contains the desired information, you can print it in the report format using the Output function. Several other features are available for changing the list format such as, sorting by column header, filtering text, and rearranging and hiding columns.
